What is the store policy?

  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • Currently only domestic orders. Typically takes 2-7 business to be delivered depending on shipping.

What are the shipping categories?

All orders under $25 will be shipped via USPS Stamped Postage. We are not liable for the mail getting lost through USPS. Orders $25 and above will be shipped via USPS w/Tracking included. .

When I place my order, when will it be shipped?

After your order is placed, approximately 1-3 business days for us to get your order ready and prepared for shipping. Shipped from our headquarters in the Bay Area, CA.

What are the “Return Policies”

  • No Returns or exchanges are accepted, all items are final sale.

  • Orders can’t be cancelled once they ship out.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
